any coach besides the one you have, who would it be and why? I'm going with Rich Rod. I know he's had some bad seasons at Michigan but I think he's just in a bad situation. The academic standards are pretty high for recruiting and half the athletic department/boosters don't want him there. The guy's a winner. I like the offense he runs. He gets the best out of his athletes.

Not really. It's a little different from the SEC just like the SEC is a little different from the Big 12, but he just got a commitment from Richard Ash and his whopping 2.5 gpa and 16 ACT score.

That was easy. Carroll's record against top competition blows everybody away.

WOW!! And the correct answer is Nick Saban. I know, blah, blah, blah, jilted lover, blah .blah. If you don't think Saban is the best coach in College Football, then you my friend are blind.

I'd probably go with Saban as well. Meyer is probably another good choice.

Top three, easy

Saban
Meyer
Carroll

Others who look promising (the next Saban, Meyer or Carroll):

Brian Kelly
Harbaugh
Patterson
Whittingham

At this point, I might even take one of those four over Brown and Stoops as crazy is it may sound.

1st choice then some of the others. I like the way he coaches.

Sean Payton as HC with Gregg Williams as the DC. No need to pay for an OC.

Rich Rod? Really? He had success at one stop as a HC behind Pat White and Steve Slaton. Not impressed.

The answer is easy - Nick Saban.
