I wouldn’t be super pissed but I don’t think he’s really lit the world on fire hold vandy. I’d be optimistic but would be more excited by several other coaches out there.
Has he overachieved at penn state? Honest question, he’s won one conference championship in a weaker conference. I realize they have Ohio state to face but it’s not going to get easier playing in the sec west.

I'm not saying he will but why would he leave?
We are LSU. We won 2 national championships with coaches that aren't qualified to coach your kids pee wee league much less coach a D1 Program. We have the most fertile recruiting ground without in state competition. Also, have you had Gumbo...its fricking delicious and they ain't making it Happy Valley

He led Vandy to 9-win seasons twice.
He rebuilt Penn St. and aside from the COVID year, they've gone 11-3, 11-2, 9-4, 11-2 the past 5 years and they are 5-1 right now on pace for another 10+ win season.
You can not like him and not want him as LSU's coach, but you can't deny the success he's had as a head coach.
