If Les takes the Michigan job how does he handle the announcement?

Does he hold 2 press conferences, one here thanking everyone and another in Ann Arbor?
Or does he get the hell out of town and holds just one in Ann Arbor that covers everything?

If they are ready to make an announcement i feel it would go down somethong like this, 11 am presser for PP tomorrow, no info given and all questions regarding situation would be deflected, LM calls a team meeting right after and tells players, then jumps the private plane to AA announces there then comes back and holds pressor here Tues

I highly doubt he holds a press conference to announce he's staying and nothing is changing

I think he won't be at the 11 am presser with PP7. It's PP7s moment and Miles will be too big of a distraction.

I could see this happening. I don't think Miles leaves without saying something in BR about it. I think the initial conference will be in AA, but he'll be back in BR to give us one final conference for us to decipher. And if he calls a team meeting, then we'll know quickly what happened. They'll be bitching about it on Twitter and Facebook, and most likely more than one will disclose exactly what was said on those same sources. If not, enough LSU students on these boards know players and can call one up and ask for the scoop.

Seriously, though, when has a coach who is leaving for another school had a presser at the previous school to announce he was leaving? It just doesn't happen. If he goes, we'll hear about it through the media, and we'll see his presser on ESPN from Michigan announcing him there.

He's not a distraction when he goes on record tomorrow and ends the speculation. School is out and the players have gone home.

He'll meet with the team and tell them. Then, he'll fly to Ann Arbor. There's no need to have a press conference here if he isn't our coach anymore. But, I do think that he'll talk to the team first.
