if it's not Herman, Fisher, or Orgeron, who else?

If Orgeron loses a couple, Herman goes to Texas, and Fisher wants to much, Who else would be given a look?
PJ Fleck name been thrown out there a lot lately, but may be to young and inexperienced.
Mullen- even Mississippi St is not to happy with him
Fedora- seems like a solid candidate
Kelly- probably not a realistic option
Petrino- can't see a program like LSU gong there.
Chris Klieman-haven't seen his name mentioned in a while
must be some better and more realistic options than these out there, Who are they? Who are the under the radar guys that are being overlooked?

It's Orgeron unless he goes 1-3 or worse. It just seems like they're looking for a reason to hire him. I've pretty much just accepted it. Hopefully, they go in a better direction, but i won't be caught off guard.

I'll never understand people saying they don't want to pay a certain guy this much money. Youre not paying for it. You want the best then you gotta pay up and stop being cheap

Apparently it's an irrelevant discussion. We will beat bama and O will be named that following Monday. And don't even bring up that our best win is against 3-5 Ole Miss. Any skepticism means you're not a real fan

Cant see petrino buyout happening and I'm not a chip kelly fan. Im still not 100% sold on how much success lsu would have under him once he hired his own dc and took over recruiting.
Eta: if this how it plays out Alleva needs to be fired. You don't fire Les Miles, pay him millions, and have no solid back up in waiting.

Completely agree. Find the guy you want, whoever it is, give him a blank check, and keep bugging him until he says yes. You're LSU. You should not have to settle.

OK, does that apply to Harbaugh or Meyer? Should we offer them 20 million to come to LSU? Both are much better coaches and more sure things than anyone else we are mentioning.
I gewt what you are saying , but what if we offer Fisher 6.5 millk and Fla st matches, do we really make Fisher one of the top 2 or 3 paid coaches in college football. Seems rediculous
