I don't need to be belowpar to know that if Michigan comes after him again he's gone on the first flight to Ann Arbor.

I am glad to see you are back also! BP...should we worry about what is being talked about in the other thread about Miles retiring?

no, no clue where that is coming from. I can guarantee that isn't true.

There are 2 threads that are more than 3 pages long that could answer this question for you. You don't need to "summon" anyone.

He's not retiring, that's ignorant.

If Michigan came talking, then I have no idea what would happen at this point. Honestly I don't think Michigan would. I think Michigan hires Harbaugh if anything happens there.

That's the prevailing thought from the Michigan side as well.

Even if offered, Miles won't get the kind of financial security he presently has at any other destination.

I'm not slamming this belowpar guy, but it seems to me, he simply gave you the most logical possible answer, which anyone with half a brain could have figured out.

You do realize that Les is guaranteed $15 Million here at best after this right?

You realize Michigan gave Rich Rod a $15 Million contract right?

I don't think Michigan will have a problem giving Miles that same contract.

Was it logical back when Pelini left to think that CLM would promote from within AND he'd promote two coaches as co-DCs?

belowpar called that long before CLM established Maleveto aka the Two-headed Monster.

The dude is a legit source.

I think you misunderstand what I was getting at.

You know...sometimes the most logical possible answer...is actually the answer. He could have just ignored the thread completely.

Everyone is ignoring the elephant in the room

Colorado is in play. The two sides might not be able to make the money work (in fact, they were nowhere close enough a week ago), but both sides are talking. Colorado is making a major push with its biggest donors (who are not very big, actually) to put together a better package.

Colorado is ready to announce it's next coach if it can't lure in Miles. The fact that there's been no announcement is very telling.

He gave an answer as wide as all outside.

I suppose I did. It sounded as though you were saying that belowpar simply posts his own deductive reasoning rather than legit 'inside' information.
