Justin Fuente is under 48 and ND struggled with Va Tech. He'd have assistants he'd like to bring most likely. Just a guess.

Good guess. That would be a very good hire.

And MAYBE Graham Harrell from USC, although I doubt it.

Harrell’s offense had more yards than everyone is listing except FSU, who went into OT with Notre Dame

I wish they could find Kevin something to do internally. He may not be a top tier coach but he is a great role model for these kids and a Tiger through and through

Possibly..
If they "struggled" with USC though, then they also "struggled" with Purdue.

I'm definitely stretching the definition of "struggling".

But he also mentioned the run game, that isn't Harrell's forte.

Would make sense with Riley going over there

A good passing attack can open up the run. I don't want to go back to the Les Miles power-I 2 TE and a FB era. The absolute worst football to watch. LSU has access to too many great skill position players to stick to that type of offense.

Yep, and there are good examples of coaches who take air raid principles and combine them with great running schemes. Kliff, Riley, Phil Longo are elite at this. Graham Harrell isn't that guy though...he is a lot like closer to Leach than any of these modern guys who use it to open the run and vise versa.

I don’t see the reason to delay the announcement if it’s him.

Didn’t Clark also say

Ryan Clark?

I wouldn't believe a fricking thing he said. I doubt seriously he's dialed in

I’m sad for Kevin Faulk. He and his family have had just an awful year. I hope CBK tries to keep him as involved in the program as he can and wants to be.

Kevin Faulk is a true Tiger through and through.

Thought we already had a modern offense? How modern is this guy's, last week?

Maybe he meant a competently run modern offense?
