I don't usually do this because I hate people that do this but I feel like its info I should pass along. I understand if you care not to believe it but here is my info.

I have a friend whose family member works for a HUGE sponsor and contributor of LSU. He has told me info before and its been correct. Supposedly miles will be offered or has been offered 5 years 25 million from UM....the entire LSU athletic department including Alleva feel like MIles will take this offer (Miles supposedly does not have a good relationship with alleva). Miles also did not like Alleva coming out with letters of support during the football season as to hint there is a problem. Friday I was no way Miles is going...now Im almost certain. Also Pellini reps not LSU contacted LSU about the possible job but he is in play. Im suppose to get an update this afternoon and I will pass along. Again I understand if you choose not to believe this but im confident.

No, no. You have it all wrong.

The contract is for 30 mil and its Gruden not Pelini.

Didn't you read the other thread?

I can believe Miles wasn't thrilled about the Alleva love letters. Makes sense to me.

Les is not worth $5M year. There are 15 coaches that could do what Les has done and a handful that could do bettter.

5 mil a year is allegedly what UM offered Harbaugh.

Not saying Miles = Harbaugh, but clearly UM can offer that kind of money.

I gotta think Michigan can easily match or beat anything LSU could ever possibly offer. Michigan may be in a craphole economically right now but Michigan definitely has more rich alumni and boosters than LSU does. And they've got strong "want" to hire a big time coach.

Miles is our grass chewing retard but put yourself in Michigan's shoes and Miles looks pretty damn appealing.

punctuation, brah.

are you saying Pelini contacted LSU first? This I'd totally believe. Please don't hire Pelini!

I could also believe Miles would be miffed at Alleva's mid-season memo.

Not surprising at all, I've been saying Michigan will offer more money and that if Miles stays it's because he wants to be there, not because LSU will pay him more.

5 years 25 million?

He's got to go for that type of dough.

I wonder how much he gets to spend on staff?

Most of this is not new information, but thanks. Also, I doubt the friend with the family member who works for a huge sponsor really knows what Michigan might offer Miles.

I just hope someone documents these posters with inside sources... So when this actually goes down we know next time who to tell to go where.

I have pretty damn strong connections and no one I have talked to feels they have any info solid enough to go on.
