How was Ole Miss’ line under him and how did he recruit?

Will be interesting to see if there can be honest no bs responses.

He was just an average Oline coach. Doubt he would have stayed on any other staff as long as he was on ours.

Critical hire for Smart because the OL and Pittman was a real strength for Georgia. Smart can’t make a ho hum or bad hire here.

Need to replace Coley and his offense/play calling to take the next step but it isn’t bad enough to fire him. Bad situation.

Not good at all. He was the obvious weak link in Freeze's staff.

Salt of the Earth kind of guy who’s very genuine... but his OL was not good

You might get some value in recruiting, but not much

Not a good o line coach. Like others have said-we wanted him fired as o line coach. Instead, he got promoted to HC.

Bicknell did good job with Oline while at Ole Miss. He has NFL experience and head coaching experience at the college level. He was is one assistant that wouldn't have minded keeping.

He knows how to recruit the deep South and now has HC experience so can help game plan against other SEC teams. If your oline needs some coaching up though your in trouble.

If Kirby was smart he would fire the shitty current OC and let his new OC handpick the OL coach

He was a below average OL coach, but he was never short on excuses to justify why the OL was always bad.

Isn’t Georgia losing its entire starting offensive line?
