Melt will be big even with Jimbo or Herman, can't fix stupid.

Any realist would understand Gundy and Fedora are next best good hires. So for those types, all hope is lost.

Would be fine with Gundy. Not sure Fedora is melt worthy either, but wouldn't be happy with it.
