I know that there are SOO many rumors out there...but one rumor that is gaining traction within LSU is that negotiations with LES are very much still in the works....Maybe Spurrior was NOT interested OR maybe Michigan isn't going to name him. This soap opera could could win an ESPY!

I would be happy for him as a man because he probably deserves it. But I think it would be a bad day for LSU. I do like coach Miles and appreciate what he has done for LSU but I just don't think he is the man for the job. I think LSU will fall back into mediocrity with Miles at the helm.

This talk would start would start right back up again when the UM job opened up again, so I don't see the point of offering him a long term deal.
