but the level of coaching is awful compared to other states.
The coaching level is lower than Texas, Georgia, Florida etc. because the coaches dont have all day to plan practice and game-plan for opponents. Most LA coaches actually have to teach....even Head Coaches. Really...

re: diet question - Teen Wolf on 9/26/13 at 11:33 am
agree drew - these really are non-cheat things. There are so many reasons/opportunities for cheats that they get built in anyway. Parties, drinking, tailgating, crawfish season, dates, movies etc... Some people get caught up in the cheat day and then really end up feeling deprived when they ...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (1)
At 280, hell yes you will continue to lose weight with this diet particularly going from fast food and pizza to this. You will be at your target weight of 220ish in 3-4 months or so if you keep that up.
Less than you'd think. Most of the calories in sushi come from the sauces and what not. Try Sashimi and rolls with very little rice.
Typically, I eat either Salmon Sashimi, or sushi, and stay away from the crunchy mayo filled mega american rolls. Salmon, tuna, seaweed sal...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)

I think I will cheat for a few drinks on the weekend (anywhere from 4-16 vodka sodas) and a pizza or fried fish or something. Naked Pizza would be my choice though..because it's relatively healthy. ...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)
re: diet question - Teen Wolf on 9/26/13 at 10:33 am
The best way to diet is not to starve yourself. Eat all healthy foods and exercise regularly, the weight will come off. Simply not eating enough food will lose you pounds but it's a lifestyle that isn't maintanable. Once you eat regularly again the weight will all come back. Chicken, fish, ve...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (2)

diet question - Teen Wolf on 9/26/13 at 10:11 am
I've started eating a lower calorie/fat diet and have lost about 7 pounds in less than a week. I stay hydrated to the point where I piss clear and I am strict on the diet. Am I just seeing water weight being lost? I sweat every day and usually get some moderate exercise. (i work outside) ...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (13)

re: Question for recent/current LSU students (particularly Greek) - Teen Wolf on 8/20/13 at 11:03 am
EVERY single sorority has sluts and goodies....the goodies are probably more of sluts than the "sluts" behind closed doors. The difference is that the bad girls would go out and sleep with randoms, the good girls would just stay in with their boyfriend(s) and pound it out. This is coming fro...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)
