Keiland was my neighbor in Baton Rouge...Really cool guy, hope he makes this team.

but the level of coaching is awful compared to other states.

The coaching level is lower than Texas, Georgia, Florida etc. because the coaches dont have all day to plan practice and game-plan for opponents. Most LA coaches actually have to teach....even Head Coaches.

Really good coaches in LA, they are just handcuffed.

"Your boy Porter is fake!"
Smooth, quick athlete with long range.

Very tough.
He is definitely SEC material at CB or WR....top end speed is a little slow...but so was Michael Clayton's.

People also need to realize the level of competition he faced last year and still put up pretty good numbers. Every team Redemptorist played last season made the playoffs. This included:

@Parkview (3A undefeated state champs)
@Calvary (2A quarterfinalist)
U High (2A quarterfinalist)
Dunham
Episcopal
White Castle
5A Live Oak
Capital (half of the 42 man roster was benched for grades)
Northeast (lost by 7)

Tough year for a team starting 7 freshmen on defense and six freshmen on offense.

They have seen really good competition, the schedule is easier this season, and they added a few athletes...It should be a good year for Gage and the Wolves.
Lacour,

You are one angry cocksucker who literally enjoys pissing people off. I hope you know that. Drink some bleach and make the world a better place.

I saw him at the first camp. Pretty good...not SEC good.

The Iowa kid played football for Iowa, then transferred to Barbe for baseball season. When he played college baseball, he listed his hometown as Iowa.

are you referring to JF? He transferred to Barbe a week before football season and led the Bucs to the second round while setting records (at the time) for points scored by an offense.

Janzen Jackson will always be a Carencro kid in my book.

They just started the burrito line here in Houma to replace Quiznos.

They didn't know how to steam and wrap it so it was loose and the tortilla was broken...but the chicken and rice was very good.

It was their first day and that's our only custom burrito place here in Houma so I will be giving it another chance.

Just started a new duck recipe

As suggested by a coworker

Two mallards frozen
Two cans of tomatoes and zucchini
One cup of water
One bag of penne pasta
Salt and pepper to taste
Cavanders Greek Seasoning

Combine in a big croissette iron pot and cook on 350 for two and a half hours.

I'll let you know how it turns out
Im gonna go 550. How long do you think it should be in the oven? About an inch thick
really, max power on the oven? I've been reading everything from 250-350
