That’s the part that pisses me off the most. Teams go crazy trying to find a QB like the Texans have and they’re going to piss it away.

I think the article did a good job of summing it up, he’s done a masterful job throughout the years of being in the right place at the right time, having the right relationships, and being a great snake oil salesman to some people who needed snake oil real fricking bad.
According to the article, he was basically performing all of the same tasks as BOB outside of calling plays. I mean a fricking team chaplain/character coach is negotiating contracts?
