The decision will either be about money and or autonomy. Alot of coaches chose jobs and have great success at schools they never saw themselves coaching and maybe he's always wanted to coach UT, but if he ends up there the coin was the reason.
He can win at both but the day to day role of his job in both places is very different.

Trace Armstrong is from bama. He didn't go to college there, but it was no way he was going to get Herman to LSU
