Honest question, how many Orgeron for HC supporters are now off the bandwagon?

Curious if Saturday showed you anything. To me, Orgeron did not lose the game for LSU but he did not do anything to help win it either. The offensive game plan was not impressive. Orgeron did nothing to ensure the offensive staff was planning around our weaknesses and no in game adjustments were made.
I see a lot of posts about people not wanting Orgeron to get the job now. Curious if thats just the anti-O crowd posting or if Coach O supporters were turned?

That's the thing. I want a coach that will bring some expertise to the table. I don't want him to have to rely on the competency of his coordinators. He should be competent on his own.

Honestly I think his chances took a hit, but I also think he still has opportunity to become a viable choice if he wins the rest of the games he has.
To me you really cant make a decision one way or another until he completes the schedule.

Most of them just shifted the narrative to make the loss seem like it was inevitable and not at all important. they'll do it again if he loses down the stretch too.

I have seen many troll threads from anti-Orgeron crowd but I have not seen any posts from O supporters who are now open to other options.

Here's what it means: there is plenty of criteria for O to NOT get the job, obviously. Him having control of the team for 4 games and losing a 10-0 game to arguably one of the best defenses in CFB history isn't one of them.
So for the O supporters, that shouldn't be what gets you off the bandwagon. For the anti O crowd, it isn't vindication.

Yea it's amazing how many people were saying we were gonna win, some even predicting 10-14 point margin. Those folks are nowhere to be found now. Or they're being really quiet lol. Maybe they will join us in reality and consider what's necessary to make our football program elite again

Thats one way to look at it. Another way to look at it would be you had the #1 team in CFB on the ropes in your stadium and couldnt make any adjustments and get your guys ready to score 10 points or more.
I personally think the fact that we were shut out is an extremely negative indictment on Orgeron.

Absolutely. Bama has not shut anyone out all year and you get shut down at home with two weeks to prepare? Bama is a great team we know, but thats pretty bad imo.

Still support O but he will prove what he's made of the next few games. There's a lot of anti O here. Most say he brings nothing to the table. He could lock down the state as far as recruiting and begin to recruit decent OL. We also need someone on staff who can recruit Nola. I think the assumption is that if we have a successful offense the program will recruit itself. Not true. We need O on staff be it HC or DL coach.

go back to 2002 in order to find the previous shutout in this rivalry. It was once again an Alabama win, 31-0 over the Tigers, with Saban coaching LSU at the time. Dennis Franchione coached Alabama
That has to be an indictment against nick saban. couldn't score or make adjustments against Franchione.

Good point. Every coach has their good games and bad games. However this game was extremely important for Orgeron to attain his goal. I dont think he was very impressive in it. Just my opinion.

everyone has a right to their opinion. However, lsu played bama better than anyone else has this season. I don't think it's an indictment against O.
If O loses to Arkansas, that's an indictment. How he gets the team to perform with essentially nothing to play for but pride will be interesting.
