Well - I was against all this "fire Miles" talk from the very beginning - at least not until he gets his shot next year - it was always supposed to be next year.

But, now it's done. And because the snake-in-the-grass AD leaked it - that is sort of his failsafe. Miles almost has to go now - he can't stay as a lame duck, because that just prolongs the whole mess another year. Recruits flip, assistants leave - good replacements can't be attracted for 1 year - it has a cascade effect - it will affect next year's recruiting class as well as this one.

So, NOW, because of dishonorable, disreputable actions on the part of Joe Alleva - Miles has to go - and just to keep him company, Alleva should go, too. In fact, they should give Les the satisfaction of having Alleva go first - after all, he doesn't have a $15 million dollar buyout.
