If you want to be taken seriously you hire a guy like Kelly. You want another piss ant you hire Kiffin, the guy that showed his arse before the Alabama game and had to apologize for it.

A In hindsight, much better than Riley. Probably the best realistic option to be had out there. And probably just what LSU needs.

If you sit back breathe and take it all in it’s an A+ hire. Notre Dame has restrictions for academics they already recruit at a high level so I’m coming here locking down the state, And just the name Brian Kelly will get the rest of our top notch out of staters and some of the ones that get away. I think we’re going to start out recruiting Georgia and Alabama. It would’ve been a different ball game with LSU athletes when Notre Dame played Alabama

Hell no! I think Riley is a fraud but I give him more props for coaching in the Big 12 rather than coaching Notre Dame which schedules cupcakes and ACC teams.

I think it’s a great hire. Dude wins and is a great recruiter. Best of all he is very good at building really good OL.
