This pretty much. MOST LSU fans want them to keep O. They don't even know who Herman is. All 50 diehards here on the tRant are in the minority... and its not even close.

I really don't understand why you think he is mediocre. We've beat teams this season with an interim f'ing coach that we hadn't beaten in the last two years.
How is that mediocre? Our fanbase is so impatient it's incredible. People literally expected him to beat bama by 50 with an anemic staff. Did you forget Orgeron didn't hire Ensminger?

I polled my FB friends starting yesterday.. Here are the results
65%- O
33%-Herman
2%-Other
Breaking down those figures: 99% of my fellow LSU alum friends want Herman. 100% of my non LSU alum but football purest friends want Herman. Vast majority of the lsu sidewalk alums want O. No fricking shocker. And 100% of my bama fan friends want O. You make a good case that over two-thirds of the lsu fan base admire mediocrity, but not the LSU alums for the most part.

It's mediocre because half that team will be in NFL. The only reason coach o is even winning is because of aranda. You could have let a donkey wear the headset and that defense would carry them to the same record.
