For those of you that cried that he left, take a good look at the shambles of a roster that's left and will play in the Bowl.
Sitting on his arse and collecting a fat check pulling crap over on O the last few years and demanding raises.
It's going to take some time to dig out from under this mess, but I am damn sure glad he is gone.

It really was just the napiersexuals who were melting about losing Raymond. Anyone that has an actual clue of what has been going on shouldn’t be that upset about it.

So the $9mill O got, and spent all Covid and this summer banging strange at the Roosevelt and L’auberge, isn’t derelict of his duties?
If the Head man isn’t there and holding people accountable, why should that fall to the assistant.

I can’t speak to Raymond specifically, but it was clear the last 2 years we pretty much needed to clean house and start over.
It would be difficult to “reset the culture” if you keep guys that have been around a long time and have played a big role in setting the current culture.

Because when you’re the man and you’re the greatest DB coach and recruiter ever like some people made him out to be, you hold yourself accountable even if the people around you suck. Raymond didn’t seem to do that and the great ones do
