FSU traditionally wants to underpay their coaches. They think the honor of coaching there has monetary value.
If Bob is going to consider coming out of retirement he is going to have to be paid fat cash.
The problem is that FSU absolutely needs a homerun hire this time. That costs. There are some fat wallets in Tally, but they have cobwebs on them.
