No I understand. The stuff I know about Jimbo is from a former football player. That info he got almost certainly comes from Rohan Davey who is not shy about talking.
The Napier stuff comes from *and let me be careful here* someone well-connected to the Cajun’s football program.
My last source is current player whose info comes from a teammate whose info comes from his dad.

I thought this too until I realized if Dabo is entertaining LSU it's because Bama has communicated to either him or his agent that he will not get the job when Saban retires.

Probably not. But there are two sides to every conversation.
Woodward can run his ship tight, but that doesn't mean every agent, coach, assistant coach, secretary, wife, etc, isn't talking to someone.
People have sources on the opposite side of Woodward.
