#2 what about finding someone who can go 15-0 and follow it up with 5-5; that takes real skills and shows diversification of talent.

If you think Ed Os individual coaching had an overwhelming affect on last years team I don't know what to say to you. Secondly LSU recruits itself and with some decent hires LSU wouldn't skip a beat in recruiting.

Anyone wanting to fire O right now is slapdick retarded and their opinion on any matter should be ignored. Every POS this board wanted when he was hired has fricking sucked over his tenure at LSU. Not a single one of them have been better than O has. If this board had their way we're still stuck at 3 NCs with 4 straight mediocre to decent seasons. Tigerdroppings knows jack shite when it comes to coaches.

If number one is easy, why isn’t Texas doing it on a consistent basis with as much money and resources they have to pull from? Oh that’s right, they have had terrible head coaches.

Don’t try to ask questions to Ophiles. It’s like a coach can’t win a title with an undefeated team and then suck once the coordinators that brought it for him and freak players leave.
It’s not like that has ever happened before. O wait that was exactly Chizik at Auburn.
Even worse, after they fired Chiz and brought back Gus, they went to the NC game the very first year.
But no. O is the reason LSU went 15-0.
