Pat Hill was damn fine HC at Fresno State.
I would love for Alabama to get him on staff.
Not only for his coaching ability but for his west coast connections for recruiting.

Not retaining key members of the 2012 OL, and trading away 2 years worth of picks for Julio Jones are the calling card of Dimitroff. The organization stinks to high heaven from the top down.

Why? They had shitty players to work with. These guys are pros, the coaches argument doesn't carry as much weight.

Mike Smith had better win the division of a playoff game next year or he should be gone. He was one of two people who made horrible personnel decisions leading to the total collapse of the team. He then fires several assistant coaches to deflect blame. Who is going to fire next year? the coordinators?
Like I said, I hope he and Dimitrov stay in Atlanta a long time.
