That was NOT in the binder. I think Steve did a very good job with what he had to work with.

Not disagreeing but I never understood the desire to hire O because the offense improved but not keep the guy actually responsible for improving the offense. Then again, I didn't agree that hiring O was the best move so maybe the application of logic has no place here.
