I would... but someone on Defense needs to develop and coordinate the talent. Unless you have a Kevin Steele that can do all three, the best is to divide the responsibilities.
You guys don't need to hire 3 recruiters.

Steele's track record as a position coach and Coordinator is much better than Walker.
