Umm, I don't think he is holding out. Would be cool to see him with Burrow, though.

I would be okay with the Bengals spending their entire allotment of picks on O-line in April.

This guy is what, 31? No NFL team is going that route. Not many colleges. Needs more seasoning. He can call plays fine but there is so much more to it than that. Dealing with the press, dealing with players, leading an entire program, what to say, etc. Those come with experience

He should not have gotten an OC job with his resume much less a H C. Never seen no chit like that before

Even being able to interview is impressive.

Of course.

But, this also illustrates why, when the rumors of Orgeron being out were happening, Brady WAS a legitimate possibility.

Brady is very young. He was probably going to be 1-3 cycles away from getting an NFL job if things keep trending positive for him.

On the low end, that's about 6M and 18M on the high end he'd be passing up...and if successful at a job like LSU, he would get an opportunity in the NFL in the very near future as well. In other words, if Brady is as good as people think, he's getting an NFL job either way. Walking away from 10-20 M doesn't happen often.

It's a moot point for many reasons. Brady needs to pay his dues a bit. But, he's viewed very positively at the moment.

Sean McVay was 30 when he became the Rams head coach. That’s turning out pretty good.

Except tRant. They would hire Brady, and Mawae, in a heartbeat.

If it were up to tRant, Mawae would be the LSU System President by now.

He only has 1 year of experience as an OC in the NFL; he needs more seasoning.

I think it was a stretch for him to get one. Now if the Panthers show good offense next year and another year under his belt, I think it's more realistic. Also now he has the interview process under his belt too.

McVay was also in the league for 8 years prior...although I get the comparison.
