Does Rhett Lashlee get a P5 job in the next 3 years?

He's been an OC for 2 P5 teams (Auburn and Miami) for multiple years. And he's got SMU at 10-2 and in the AAC championship game for the first time.
I honestly think he will be a name to watch in the next 3-5 years to get a good job.

Gus alone is the one who is not liked by many in the state, but nobody ever had any problems with anyone connected to him as former assistants.
The biggest current issue with Gus however, is his sway on all those guys from Arkansas like Lashlee, Drink, etc, and he tells them not to take the job.
The only guy he ever encouraged was Chad fricking Morris, and we saw how that turned out. He legit tried to sabotage the program with Chad.
As for keeping Pittman, it's absolute lunacy. Espescially when there are guys out there like Traylor who would probably kill it at Arkansas (by their standards).
He'd take that job in ans instant and restore a lot of respectability to the program. But the admin simply does not care about winning at all. They are plenty happy to have a progran in ashes than actually try to get their hands in the muck with rest of the SEC.
There is a legit superiority complex that the university has always had.

Arkansas is giving Pittman every chance to dig a deeper hole for the next coach to deal with. Dumb as dirt.

I guess you don't know the financial situation Arkansas is in right now. Why keep firing HCs every 3 or 4 years? If he can get the right OC and get the team to win 6 games or more then he will be okay to continue. Why give him that huge buyout and need to spend money on hiring a new HC and staff. Arkansas fans were saying this.
