Particularly from LSU or Texas? I haven't heard his name mentioned yet in any of the coaching searches, but he has done a good job turning around Arkansas.

IMO he would do well at a major program, and would bolt from Arky if he received a good offer.

this and I imagine it's not well looked upon to poach another SEC head coach.

With that said, I don't think he's a fit at LSU.

Well, Arky did try to poach Miles several years back, so it wouldn't surprise me to see Alleva return the favor.

who knows. I think that was more of a way for Miles' agent to get some more money out of LSU.

If LSU hired Bert I'd actually consider suicide.

I think weight watchers is giving him a look.

Other than that, not sure if he has any other options.

I'm surprised to see you post this. A pretty good percentage of coaches do move around the SEC, and not all with the blessing of the original teams. Tubberville, Nutt, Dinardo, Saban (Dolphins middleman), Mahlzahn, Boom (fired at Florida though).

I guess some of them were fired or promotions, but it seems to me there aren't many gentlemen's agreements in place to prevent this type of competition.

Oh, and BB is fat and if we hired him he'd explode from Louisiana's food.

His only accomplishment at Arkansas is beating LSU.
