Does anyone care that Napier lost to this historically garbage Longhorns team?

At the time, I didn't care. I still don't think I care. But that loss is looking worse and worse all the time. I know, the respective talent levels of those two squads are not even close.

But it's the only ranked opponent ULL played all year and god damn... Kansas found a way.

OU almost lost to that same team....

FYI Texas is a different team after the Red River Rivalry.

It matters about as much as beating Iowa State last year, which isn't a lot. It was one game in the opening week of the season.

If Texas doesn't implode in the 2nd half against OU, they're likely not the dumpster fire they are currently.

Week 1. UL would beat them now.

I randomly talked to a walk-on kid from there for a few minutes this past summer and he was joking about how the team kind of just quits once they don't have a national title to play for. Could see it being even worse after they choked away the Red River shootout.

But Aranda gets a pass for losing to TCU?

Junior Colleges (USL) are not supposed to beat major Flagship State Universities.

What Napier had done at bottom feeder Southwest Louisiana is incredible!

Anybody that can't see that fits into the "Dumb as Georgia Red Clay Dirt" category.

Dumb.

Georgia was in a dogfight against Clemson in week 1.

The fact that you think ULL losing to Texas is a bad loss speaks to how good a Job he is doing.

Yes. Rivalry game that also happened to be the week Gary Patterson was forced out.

It was going to be an emotional trap game for any team who went to Fort Worth that week.

beaten other bottom feeder programs? Not hating but he isn't running a program at the level of Cincy or Boise St. a few years back

Then doesn’t that make the whole premise of your OP even more stupid than it already was?

UL doesn’t get a pass for a much more talented Texas but Baylor gets a pass for TCU?

What's the difference in Sark vs Napier....one can recruit and one cannot. Florida will win faster with Napier than Texas will with Sark. Doesn't matter if Sark was Saban's OC and Napier wasn't.
