14 games too late...dude should've been fired after that game in SEA week 1. One of the worst hires definitely in some time

Hiring OCs as HC that flourish under future HoF quarterbacks and “hands-on” offensive HCs should have been a big red flag after Nagy was fired in Chicago. But, no one wants learn their lesson. Mike McDaniel, you’re on the clock.

Look at Phoenix. Dude gets fired as a college HC and then an NFL team hires him? Why did they expect any better?
