But I’m about 95 percent sure Riley to LSU is happening.

Since we're prophesying, I'll add this: After Riley arrives, he's going to address his only glaring weakness in similar fashion to Sean Payton when his historically bad defenses finally bore fruit after plugging the in right defensive coordinator for the job, Dennis Allen.

Here's to hoping at the very least.

Exactly. Anyone can just accept an offer. It's really the SIGNING of the offer that's the important part.

That's one of my favorite Seinfeld scenes. I'm guessing that's what I was thinking on a subliminal level.

Lincoln knows how to agree to a contract, it's the signing part that's tricky.

Lunch Time Thread that is anchored, so it is falling off the front page

Zero chance Riley gets anything near 15 million.

I don't believe he would get that for a base salary, but I could see it being in that ballpark with incentives if he were to accomplish what Orgeron did in 2019.

Let's say this does happen. Is Grinch coming too?

Hell, Bedenbaugh might be more important than grinch. After the OL woes these past few seasons I would be over the moon to finally have an elite OL coach who will undoubtedly put together a monster line. Grinch isn't all that--we can find someone comparable without much trouble imo.

That being said... both would be quite exciting.

He started a thread “Lunch Time” and it was immediately anchored. On page 3 he said a whale has been harpooned and being reeled in

I could understand the anchor to keep it on the down low if it was happening… but with all of the other smoke and numerous threads, I don’t get the anchor

Idk how true any of this is. I try and stay neutral with it all. But if Riley is the guy and I hope so, I wouldn’t mind keeping the defensive staff and giving them a do over. The way Jones had this defense playing in the last few games is worth giving him a shot with Riley’s offense on the other side
