I don't think I really want raymond back.

He gets paid like 850k to just coach corners. He seemed to flirt with a new team every off-season.

I'd rather start with someone a little younger and hungier.

I can wear out LSU's secondary with the best of them but the lack of DLine play and LBers lost in space darn sure didn't help....just saying

The only hope is that IF he does come back, he's been humbled and will re-focus on coaching and recruiting. He has no leverage anymore.

And I love it. No one should know anything outside of the select few. That’s how good businesses are run. Something we’re not used to here at LSU.

People don’t generally forget how to coach. They either don’t adapt to changes in the game, or they get get fat, happy and lazy. I think Corey got lazy and proud. Thought he was too good to put in the work.

If he’s been humbled and reinvigorated, then I’m all for it.

If not, no.

I thunk this is exactly what happened. Got to big for his britches.

I don't know all the inner workings on him leaving but I would be hesitant to bring him back.

I agree this “he’s not good” narrative is lame. I don’t know that he’s back but I’ll take it. Plus dude can recruit

I don’t know he came on at the peak of DBU I think even steeples could have fallen into a couple five star corners then. After that he hasn’t really done anything on the recruiting end. He definetly can’t coach.

He keeps flirting in hopes of landing a DC job or a path that gets him the job. He’s been begging for a shot for a while. His recent failures have dampened that ambition a bit I’m guessing.

Can’t do it huh? Just said where to go look. Available? Everyone is available. Contracts are non existing now, pay a penalty and get out. But continue to be a Raymond backer. I’ll holla at you every single day on this site next year when he sucks dick. They will have to ban me, I’ll start at least one thread a day calling your retarded arse out.

Thank god if that’s true. Oh the narrative he can recruit is hilarious. Didn’t bring anybody into Florida and his secondary got lit up.

The game passes good coaches by all the fricking time, or they get complacent. There is just no denying that his on-field results the last four years have declined tremendously. It happens.
