Would be a good move for him on a professional level. If he has aspirations of becoming a head coach Kirby would be a great mentor for learning more on defensive execution.

This hire was done because it is what’s Aranda wanted and was one of the deals he made to remain the DC. I would say the Busch hire was a good move.

Man DC at Georgia is a prestigious job and he would be looked at as HC material at bigger programs within a couple of years assumed by he would be successful. I’m sure he loves LSU but he is a grown man now.

Yeah DC at Georgia would be a great gig for Raymond.

He would be on the career path Kirby had under Saban. DB coach turned into DC title while Kirby is the real DC, after a couple years he learns Kirby's system and Kirby trusts him to run the defense. Then gets a big HC job.

’s not leaving. He’s mentioned every year and we’ll pay to keep him

If he really wants to be a DC and Georgia offers, there's not enough money in BR to keep him on staff. I wouldn't blame him...he's certainly earned his shot.

Would be a perfect situation for him. Working under the actual DC in kirby while assuming the DC title. Good person to learn from and ease you way into that high of a position. On that note, I don't want to lose him but wouldnt br mad if he wanted to better himself and start working his way up the coaching chain. Learning from Aranda and Kirby is a good look on a resume.
