For reasons I stated above and b/c anyone that truly has any common sense about SEC football knows, Tubberville WILL be on a short list at LSU. Not saying he will ultimately be the guy but he wants the job and we could get him for a reasonable price and that will be worth a phone conversation to Alleva. He's run an SEC program with success, never had LSU talent and he's hungry to get back in the SEC. So flame away you insatiable morons with your dreams of NFL coaches and MAC coordinators I enjoy your ignorance..lol
BTW for those who claim that he's "too old and past his prime" hes younger than Saban and Miles...FWIW

but its his own fault he never had talent like LSU. he's recruiting from the same region. It was his to take... and he got beat out by better recruiters.

If you think LSU wants Auburn's sloppy seconds, you're dumber than the posters that you are flaming.

His university was 1 hour outside Atlanta and bunched up next to the state of Georgia which has a buffet of 5* talent. And he got fired.

No way recruiting at auburn and ole miss is comparable to LSU, Alabama or fla......just not the same as don't have the "built ins" that they have.

I'M sure Alleva will take such logic into account in those exact terms! great point!

No. Alabama doesn't have the talent La. does. Just look at the NFL. Plus, there is no competition for in stae players in La.

He may be younger, but he sure does like an old boring man. Age is just a number his personality screams retirement home.
