I mean, the wheels came completely off during the most unprecedented time in our countries history with everybody having an excuse to opt out not to mention everyone leaving early after the greatest season in history

unless we can fire O with cause, i don't see LSU firing him this offseason. at best we fire BoP and get a new DC
This is where I'm at, too.
Good thread. Needs a sticky

Since O is going nowhere, your post is moot

2 of the 4 listed are coordinators
Posted on 12/9/20 at 1:43 pm to SlowFlowPro
1. Joe Brady
4. Urban Meyer
I think, and this is just me. I think for Urban to coach again it would have to be a good situation. Not a rebuild or a dumpster fire. Maybe a Notre Dame if Kelly goes to NFL. Or Alabama if Saban retires. That type job.
quote:You also forgot "hates teenagers". But is any of that true? When that was being put out when he left LSU it just seemed like jilted lover type rumor. Is he on record saying that? Or is it just message board excuses for him leaving?
AND he reportedly hates recruiting.

fricking idiots on this board, running off O after the best season in NCAA history. I can't even begin to imagine how the frick they get through simple things in life.
You poor, poor moron
You can’t see that Orgeron succeeded at 2 things while being HC at LSU
1. Hiring Joe Brady
2. Getting Joe Burrow to choose LSU over Cincinnati
Other than that, all of his efforts have been failures.
- Two failed offensive coordinator hires. Both will be fired a year after hiring them
- failed DC hire
- allowed Munoz to leave
- ran off Aranda, who may have stuck around another year in hopes of a better job than Baylor
- got political, from the advice from his convict coffee mule, and appeared on CBS and Fox News
- handled the protest shite about as bad as one could
- allowed his lockeroom dynamic to completely unravel
YOU are the idiot if you can’t see that this thing is snowballing and he will leave LSU in worser shape than when he took over

BoP is out for sure. Also E will likely retire and Linehan is likely gone or demoted.

What about Briles at OC?

and Mullen is still in the SEC
What does this have to do with anything? Did you mean to say Saban?
