I’d imagine he’s doing just fine.
Probably owns plenty of property and is likely a mid to high 6 figure commodity to most college football programs whenever he feels like it due to his recruiting alone.

Orgerokn was LSU’s version of what Chizik was for Auburn.
A coach that caught lightning in a bottle with the right assistants and a generational QB talent in a single year.
Outside of that, he was a mediocre coach. Chizik the same.
Both coached at other schools first with losing records. Both won a title and then fizzled almost immediately once those playcallers and generational players left.
In the end, he got his money.

I Really thought O knew how to create a championship team. IMO He got super unlucky after his whole team basically left him. OC bolted to NFL his DC left to go to Baylor. He made horrible replacement choices! Miles Brennan gets hurt having to start Max was horrible. Covid. Chase sitting out. I really went downhill after the best season of all time…
