Other than following his win loss records every year, I dont know much about him.
With that said will the experts here explain why this guy doesnt get hired by a major program yet Malzan get a ton of hype.

This would be the real reason. He makes great money living in Idaho and he really likes it there and (nice place to live)I think he has made it pretty well known.

dude basically LOVES IT OUT WEST, and has a different perspective on life with the issues he had with his young son some time ago.
As long as Boise keeps their facilities up, I don't see him leaving.
