Peterson has a sick kid, with some kind of weird shite. The reason he took the UW job because the Dr that takes of his kid was in Seattle. Unless there's one in LA, I wouldn't see him moving.

This has to be an early retirement for him. I don’t see him going anywhere else.

If this has to do with his child, then I just hope it isn’t because his health is deteriorating further. Maybe he just wants to take the time while he can. If so, more power to the man. Family first.

Petersen has always marched to his own tune. I believe he wants to walk away for the time being. I also won't be surprised if he never coaches again.

yeah, just saw that on football scoop... he is taking a year off to recharge.... says hes not retiring but needs a break... USC could wait a year and get him...
