@LarryHolder: RT @JeffDarlington: Member of the Broncos coaching staff tells me that the entire staff has been notified during group meeting that can/should "look elsewhere."

Surprising. Thought they would promote Gase to appease Peyton

Peyton gone. This might be management's secret way of getting him to retire.

I don't blame Elway. They have had more than enough opportunities. This season was a complete failure.

Being completely unprepared and out-classed the last two playoff games should have consequences with a lineup with with that much talent. Hell, the Super Bowl team was missing like 9 starters. yesterday was not the case.

We'll see the other side of the coin though.

We now know the delay in Miles hiring a DC.
The Broncos are beating down Miles' front door right now begging him to take over the team.

For 31 teams, yes, but a year removed form the Super Bowl?

Well they made it to the Super Bowl, thats quite an accomplishment. This year they clinched a first round bye. I'd say thats pretty impressive. They played a bad game at home in the playoffs. What other opportunites did they miss out on?

Not necessarily. Given Manning's health and the fact that Fox is clearly having some Schottenheimer moments in the playoffs, it might be time to retool the org a bit.

Peyton is 2-3 in playoff games there. They've lost their 1st playoff game in 2 of the 3 years he's been there and both at home.

I agree wholeheartedly with Elway. Heck, this team only won one more playoff game with Peyton than it did with Tebow at QB.

A Super Bowl in which they were completely annihilated? And apparently the staff learned nothing from last year.

When Peyton came to Denver it was a given that they would be playing for the Super Bowl. I'd argue that every year with Peyton was a missed opportunity.

Del Rio can now bring a lot of Denver assistants with him if he chooses. His staff candidate pool just got unexpectedly bigger #Raiders

Well maybe BYE to the Broncos, but there are others who will make a pitch to him as well
