I would guess the whole fear of change effect is part of their body language and faces in this picture.
I would also guess many of those players are worried, for lack of a better term, for their position coaches which are the ones they are closest too.
To boot, they don't hate Orgeron as many in the fanbase do. They showed up, Orgeron has been their head coach their entire tenure. They aren't going to be happy about him going.
Fourthly, it's a snapshot in time. Who knows the context and if that body language changed soon after, for better or worse.

most likely will happen. his summer conditioning work outs are not a joke
BK has a big thing about winning in November by being the best-conditioned team on the field, his record is elite in late-season games
