I don't think it matters either way.
What can hurt though is when dumbass boosters leak a story to Cody Worsham that Miles has already stepped aside/whatever. No info is supposed to leak from the GI club, and those guys will be found out and booted.
Next year's coach won't frick with the GI as a whole though. They are big money people led by a lawyer, and it would be like digging your own grave to frick with them.

I disagree with this part. It's not "pure" speculation. If it was, our AD would have said so by now.
But yes, the board here may be "further along" than our AD's actual decision/search.
I could see it happening too, and I'm prognosticating here, that if the administration doesn't go through with it, they've caused longer term damage if they do keep him.
That's just my guess. I, of course would want him to go undefeated next year if he came back, like I always do.
