I love what Joe Brady did here.

But he did have an NFL starting offense.

He isn't. His boss is.

Very astute observation. Imagine LSU getting both Ruhle and Brady.

I doubt it’s Brady. I’m thinking if this 100M is legit he’s after Meyer and or Rhule. Rhule would be a Woody type hire.

We haven’t heard ANY rumors of NFL coaches possibly interested

Why am I not surprised that you don't know what a rumor is.

Rumor to me says there’s info backing it up somewhere or someone saying it’s possible.

Like Ryan Clark, a person paid to discuss NFL football coming out and saying Tomlin would be interested in the LSU job? Now, Clark may be nothing more than a race-baiting babbling moron, but then again so are you and we still have to sit here and listen to what both of you say, regardless of how idiotic it may be.

I agree. And the way things are going now for the Carolina Panthers, Woodward’s offer may seem more secure and too good to pass up.

00 million is ridiculous. Its NFL players that don't get paid that, nonetheless a coach!

Several make that amount or more. The value of Patrick Mahomes' contract is $450,000,000.

For 100 million you need:

Proven Power 5 sustained success
Mastermind on one side of the ball
Great recruiter
Wins lots of games
Wins press conferences
Complete organization system for success

Not too much of that out there.

Saban, Ryan Day, Dabo, Kirby Smart, Lincoln Riley, and Ruhle with Brady as his OC would fit the bill.

Agreed. Maybe Rhule pulls a Saban after having his taste of the NFL. I would think he’d give it more time but you never know.

Why in the world would it be Joe Brady? We've been over this.....

I didn't say it would be. I too agree that Joe's not ready for this job. He barely has much experience even being on a sideline. I just was making a point that if it were to go down that road...

We all know Brady’s hatred of the recruiting game. Everyone needs to move on.

Do you think Brady would turn down a 10 year 10M offer?

NewYork Daily reported on Sunday that “the top choice as next head coach for LSU alums is former passing game coordinator and current Carolina Panthers offensive coordinator Joe Brady.”

Rabalais should pay more attention to football, than other reporters. Rhule has stated he may replace Brady at Carolina. SW isn't spending $100M on him.

Sure gave it to Jimbo ..
Guy throws tens of millions around like it grows on trees. That is 100% his "negotiation" tactics and skills.
And odds are this Top 5 job may not be looking at getting a Top 5 coach right now.

Unfortunately $100 M can only get us to 2nd place. But so long as we can be in contention for 2nd place every season - actual SUSTAINABILITY - we shall live with it.
