Wasn't O on that staff? which one is noted for recruiting? So kiffin gets credit for that? Kiffin isn't near the recruiter as Ogeron. Didn't Kiffin send Taj boyd to Clemson? Didn't he tell Alshon Jefferies he'd be pumping gas at usc? Where did Alshon Jefferies go?
I think you are trying to take credit away from ogeron and give it to Kiffin.
By the way, I wouldn't define one season as success, failure, or building. That's why I said he failed twice as h.c. I didn't say he succeeded or failed at Tenn. Jimbo is twice the qb coach and recruiter than kiffin.
Jimbo, Craig, Raymond, Aranda and Ogeron, is a staff to "hope" for. I would take that staff all day long and twice on sunday. As strong of a offensive, defensive, and recruiting staff anyone could assemble.

You absolutely can not fire the winningest coach in school history and then promote the fricking DL coach.
Dabo was named interim. he was the WR coach, had never been an OC. he went 4-3 overall, 3-2 in the ACC.
he's 63-12 the last 6 seasons.
