Official offers usually don't come until there has been an agreement. At the same time if an official offer has been given I would think there would be more than 1 person running the story so...

CBS says Arkansas and Tenn both want Gruden.
then today a little more smoke with Jim "confirming" that the offer has been made.

Why the F would John Gruden want to coach at ARK???
Tenn is a much better job for him if he does decide to that coaching college is for him.
Ark will always play second fiddle to LSU, Alabama and hell even Au.
Least in tenn he can compete with the Fla and Uga and USC.
