Do not forget the new head coaches will have to get his system set up and get the players to learn the new system. Also the HCs will have to recruit his players to fit his system. Look how long it took Barry Odom to get the offense and the defense going. He is also new to being a head coach in the college level but he seems the guy to know how to make adjustments. If he can get better recruits he should get MIZZOU to the next level for sure.

YEah and LSU could have had Herman who went 6-6 in a bad conference not that the SEC is much better this year. This is LSU fans we talking about though. People are so set on Big names. Ask Michigan fans how that big high priced name is doing for them. If Leach is hired at Ark. Then there are gonna be some disappointed SEC WEST fans thinking they paid way to much for a 7-5 or 8-4 season. If Coach O Can get 10 wins this year thats a start. Next year will be a grind with that schedule but if he has a successful season i believe people will not doubt as much on the hire.
