It has to be Riley. Every coach connected to the LSU job is getting a contract extension/raise except Riley.

Which is exactly what we were told would happen: LSU would land Lincoln to a $12-15MM /year contract, resetting the market, and in the process, many other coaches would get extensions with significant bumps in salary.

So Aranda would turn down LSU and USC (hypothetically) of course to wait for another job next year? Yeah that makes total sense. He loves it there so much he will take a pay raise for one year making less than he would at other open jobs just to leave next year.

I think he knows our guy is locked up and wants now part of USC. That’s fine by me, I hope USC has to hire a subpar coach.

I figure we will have a 4-5 seasons of 10-2 years, then he'll jump to the NFL.
We will always be highly ranked, never a champion. Riley is extremely soft.
