Joe Brady is not ready to be a head coach (though someone will likely hire him too soon).
He's barely getting by as an NFL OC. Would absolutely love him back at LSU as full OC, but I don't want him having to steer the entire program at this point. Rhule in charge with Brady as OC? Absofreakinlutely. Brady as HC? Too soon.

What would we hire Brady for? He's not remotely qualified to be the HC if that's what you're suggesting.
