Actually no.
The plan, according on many on here, is to "Just hire another Coordinator. Coordinators don't really matter we can just keep hiring more when they leave."
Therefore, the correct course of action is to not overpay. There are hundreds of elite DC's out there that we can hire. Again, according to some on here. Aranda is just one of many, and not very special. This is what we've been told.

If Texas takes aranda we should hire strong. Man is a good D.C. and he can accept below market value since any income reduces his buyout.

Exactly. O will be our coach till he dies, since a HC doesn't actually do anything. All you need are an endless cycle of coordinators. And if one of the ball struggles it's the coordinators fault. Just get a new one
