BOB and Saban...oh man. MAKE IT HAPPEN

I think Gase was a GA under Sabes, makes sense

B0B and Saban are incompatible

Only allow it if they will be filmed all year. Would be top notch entertainment.

i want to see Saban's reactions to BOB's recruit evals

it really is the best OC job in the country though, especially since the new era of college football he's let his OCs run with more autonomy. So aside from Nick being your boss you get to work with the best talent in the country and then within 1-2 seasons get a good P5 job from a school hoping you bottled some of the Saban magic.

BOB's interview consisted of him suggesting trading Devonta Smith for Jarrett Guarantano, Felipe Franks and a PTBNL

that's the whole thing, though. BOB has to resign himself to being a college coach or being Brian Daboll

Gase plus the drugs in T-Town will be amazing. Make it happen Saban

I can’t imagine going from NYC/Houston to Tuscaloosa

I mean Daboll is about to get a head coaching gig in the NFL so that’s not a bad option

then why not just be an NFL OC and skip the 1-2 years at Bama?

I don't see how BOB doesn't get a college HC gig at a lower tier P5 school.
Gase would be the perfect candidate for Saban Rehab Clinic.

Gase was with Sabes at Michigan State and LSU
I don’t think he’s a good coach.

College OCs pay better these days and guarantee success better

Gase is one of those people that has respect in the coaching community but hated by players, fans, and media

People said the same thing about Saban and Kiffin.

My biggest issue with Gase is that he has never shown that he can develop a QB. Which is important since Alabama will have a new starter at QB next year.
The idea of Bill O'Brien doesn't bother me so much. It's his failures as a GM that tarnished his name, not so much what he did as just a coach.
