I only like Muschamp and Venables on that list. Narduzzi has the benefit of playing against bad offenses most of the time. He sucked again Oregon and Ohio State. And I sure as hell don't want Gibbs. Horrible idea.

If they land Muschamp Ags contend for NC next year.

A lot of smoke around Venables. Clemson may be losing Venables and Morris

Lol not next year they have a lot of holes in that defense. The need some depth there. So maybe in a few years.

Muschamp lead D and typical Sumlin offense=Aggies stacked

Besides Boom will end up coaching with Jimbo again at FSU..

why would Mich State DC go to A&M?

Chavis has no buyout in January(seriously LSU?). He's a candidate, they will at least call.

I would die of excitement if we stole Chavis.

chavis will be at LSU til retirement.
he deffinitly wont go somewhere that will have his defense on the field for 75 percent of the game

Good because I am about sick of the freaking arse prevent that costs us more games than it wins. It almost cost us thurs luckily the refs were blind.

If you keep him in a non buyout (read: last year of a contract) UT or someone else will make a run at him.
It makes a TON of sense for A&M to do, if only so that Sumlin doesn't have to face him head to head anymore.

He was offered the job in 2012 but sparty just gave him more money and he stayed. So I don't know. I do know we've thrown around offering Venables 1.5 million but I don't know how narduzzi would react that

Elaborate. Here's what they lose:
Defensive End - Tyrell Taylor (senior who never played)
Defensive Tackle - Ivan Robinson (senior who should not have played this season as bad as his Achilles was damaged)
Linebacker - Tommy Sanders (JUCO bust)
Linebacker - Donnie Baggs (3-star LB, 3-star potential)
Linebacker - Justin Bass (walkon to scholarship)
Defensive Back - Deshazor Everett (regressed ever since the 2012 Alabama game)
Defensive Back - Floyd Raven (FS who can't cover)
Defensive Back - Howard Matthews (Will always be on Fournette's highlight videos)
Defensive Back - Clay Honeycutt (QB playing Safety)
Here's what they return:
Starters: Julien Obioha (SR DE), Alonzo Williams (SR DT), Zaycovan Henderson (SO NT), Myles Garrett (SO DE), A.J. Hilliard (JR LB), Josh Walker (SO LB), Otaro Alaka (SO LB), Victor Davis (SO CB), Armani Watts (SO FS)
Defensive line depth: Daeshon Hall (JR), Jay Arnold (JR), Hardreck Walker (JR), Tyrone Taylor (JR), Justin Manning (SO), Reggie Chevis (SO), Darrell Jackson (SO), Qualen Cunningham (SO), Jarrett Johnson (SO), DeShawn Washington (FR)
Linebacker depth: Shaan Washington (JR), Jordan Mastrogiovanni (JR), Brett Wade (SO)
Cornerback depth: DeVante Harris (SR), Devonta Burns (SR), Tavares Garner (JR), Alex Sezer (JR), Nick Harvey (SO)
Safety Depth: Jonathan Wiggins (JR), Donovan Wilson (SO)
Incoming class (assuming we hit the key targets)
Defensive End: James Lockhart
Defensive Tackle: Daylon Mack, Kingsley KeKe
Linebacker: Malik Jefferson, Claude George, Terry Caldwell, Richard Moore, Landis Durham, Riley Garner
Cornerback: Kendall Sheffield, Roney Elam, Kris Boyd
Safety: Justin Evans, Justin Dunning, Larry Pryor
Depth Chart next year should look like this (returning starters in bold)

Nose Tackle: Zaycovan Henderson (SO), Daylon Mack (FR)
Strongside End: Julien Obioha (SR), Jarrett Johnson (SO)

hes not keen on moving that often. hes very comfortable here and is near the end of his career. the money hes getting is the some of the best money youll get as a DC
LSU will match anything AM would offer or atleast come close enough that he wouldnt find the need to leave.
pipe dream for AM.
