Yeah I have a source that's extremely close. Age was a factor. Steele or Venables look to be the two.

I think Les would be a great AD as the face of LSU, but no way I want him hiring our football coach ever.

A sports radio outlet in Knoxville is reporting that Miles won't be Tennessee's next coach, but they are siting Thamel's report.
